We offer a range of senior living options. Our Independent Living option gives residents their own apartment with full autonomy, while our Standard Assisted Living package at The Inn offers 24-hour nursing support. Our Premier Assisted Living offers a Memory Care option.

Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing are also available at our Care Center. We provide attention and care to match the individual needs of our residents, and we’re proud to play such a pivotal role in our residents’ health, no matter what stage of the healing journey they’re in.

We focus on person-centered care and strive to maintain as much of a home-style environment as possible. We encourage our residents to become as socially involved as they wish while respecting individual choice. Because independence is such a core focus at East Park, we offer services to promote that lifestyle, such as scheduled trips to get groceries and run errands, weekly housekeeping and a robust recreational program.
