East Park Assisted Living allows residents to retain a high level of independence …
… While also providing access to necessary services, such as medication monitoring and personal care services. A full meal plan and daily social activities are included. Should skilled nursing care be required at any point — depending on space availability and insurance coverage — our continuing care campus allows assisted living residents to remain on our campus and recuperate at East Park Care Center, surrounded by friends and staff who know them.
