Our community is dedicated to providing exceptional care and lifestyle options for seniors, ranging from independent living to skilled nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing strategy for East Park Retirement Community, focusing on enhancing our brand and expanding our reach in the senior living market.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new residents and engage with the local community.
• Collaborate with sales and admissions teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with occupancy goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Oversee the production of all marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand and message.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend to achieve the best ROI.
• Represent East Park Retirement Community at industry events and in various media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, specifically within the long-term care (LTC) or senior living industry.
• Strong understanding of the unique marketing challenges and opportunities within the CCRC and LTC sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve common goals.
